What is the e-Waybill (e-İrsaliye)?
The e-Waybill is the electronic form of the waybill, with the same legal status as a paper waybill. It is used in place of the dispatch note and is sent to the party receiving the goods. A printed copy of the e-Waybill is carried in the vehicle as the transport waybill. For an e-Waybill to be issued between companies, both the buyer and the seller must be registered in the e-Waybill application.
How can it be used?
- Portal method: through the GİB Portal, created by the Revenue Administration and available at www.efatura.gov.tr, which provides general online use of the basic functions of the e-Waybill application.
- Integration method: by integrating the taxpayer's own IT systems with the Administration's systems.
- Special integration method: through the IT systems of special integrators authorised by the Administration.
